My Projects
Fall 2024
For our Strategic Internet Marketing class, we were tasked with creating a team to create an eight-minute presentation for the digital marketing competition and summit. This fall's focused on boosting awareness for The Linz Shop and my group ended up placing 18th nationally! The competition asked us to make the brand more recognizable, attract a broader audience while keeping its premium vibe, and promote personalized corporate gifting. We also developed strategies to grow its new social media presence in the competitive DTC meat market. It was an exciting opportunity to get creative, think strategically, and stand out! Integrated Marketing Communications Plan
Spring 2024
Throughout the semester I worked on a team to design an IMC plan for our client, Rockingham Educational Foundation Inc. The goal was to increase their revenue by $42,000 from July 2024 to June 2025. With a budget of $20,000, we selected different marketing channels and further wrote objectives, strategies, and tactics to support them. In addition, we designed deliverables for each marketing channel. At the end of the project, we presented to our client and were awarded for having the most creative marketing ideas. I was also voted MVP of my team. Check out the pdf to see our plan!
Adobe Creative Suite Course
Summer 2024
Over the summer, I completed a three-week intensive course focused on mastering Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with the opportunity to earn certifications in all three. Throughout the course, we completed many assignments based on textbook guidance and created personal designs based on a short prompt from the professor. After getting peer-reviewed feedback we were able to fix our designs for the final draft. By the end of the class, we compiled our work into a portfolio using InDesign, showcasing everything we learned and created. Check out the pdf to see what I created for the class!
COB 300 Semester Project
Fall 2023
For this project, I was part of a randomly assigned team of seven business students tasked with creating a comprehensive business plan for a product we came up with. Drawing on our knowledge from operations, finance, marketing, and management courses, we developed a plan for a portable shopping cart called 'PortaCartz.' This project showcased our ability to integrate key business functions and highlighted the importance of cross-functional collaboration for success. After presenting our plan to professors, we received valuable feedback and made revisions to perfect it. Check out the PDF to learn more!
